What if there was an approach to

navigating burnout that:

  • Helped you identify the specific driver of burnout in your organization through scientific measurement
  • Addressed burnout at both the individual and organizational level
  • Integrated evidence-based practices from neuroscience, psychology, and industry
  • Prevented burnout for those who aren't burned out yet
  • Helped those who are already burned out recover
  • Measured outcomes so you know whether it's working

    Organizational Services

Through the Burnout Mitigation Program, Dr. Johnson helps leaders identify specific drivers of burnout in their organization, develop strategic plans to mitigate the drivers, implement the plan, and measure change over time.

    Assess the Drivers

    ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

Using surveys, interviews, and/or focus groups, Dr. Johnson will assess the specific drivers of burnout in your staff. She then analyzes and compiles the data to provide your leadership team a comprehensive look at what is driving burnout amongst staff.

    Strategic Planning

    ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

Your leadership team reviews the data report with Dr. Johnson. You then choose the top drivers of burnout to address. Guided by Dr. Johnson, you develop a strategic, practical plan that transforms the experience of staff as a whole, and their individual experience of personal burnout as well.

    Implement & Monitor

    ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

You implement the strategic plan with assistance from Dr. Johnson, and she measures the impact of changes over time. She helps you make adjustments to your plan as necessary so you have the best long-term outcome.

A new set of tiny offers for individuals who want to build out their burnout management plan one simple step at a time with intention and ease.

          Who is Dr. Jen Johnson?

Dr. Johnson started her career in K-12 education without having any kind of concept of burnout or compassion fatigue management.

She experienced burnout herself as she worked with children who had severe emotional and behavioral challenges.

Dr. Johnson returned to school to learn the ins and outs of research, program development, and evaluation, and applied that learning to develop THRIV, an research-based model for burnout mitigation.

She now consults with non-profits, school districts, and businesses providing the support she wishes was available to her, both as an employee and as a leader.

Dr. Johnson spends her free time with her husband, Marc, and their son, Judah. She enjoys hand stitching, yoga, and quiet mornings on the back porch. Dr. Johnson practices what she teaches by implementing her own burnout management plan.
